The Agtech and Logistics Hub is driving innovation in the grains sector through its GroundUp Program, which is designed to put solutions in the hands of growers.
The Hub has proudly partnered with the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) to deliver the program, which offers tailored support for innovators seeking to accelerate their go-to market activities.
Agtech and Logistics Hub Director Thomas Hall recently spoke about GroundUp on the Grains Research and Development Corporation’s in conversation podcast.
Mr Hall explained how the accelerator program has been designed to be grower-led with a real focus on finding solutions for on-farm problems.
The program was launched in October and runs for 12 weeks, with innovators given the opportunity to collaborate with industry and present their solutions to corporates and retailers to further refine ‘market fit’.
“Our goal is to put solutions into the hands of the growers, enabling them to make better decisions, deliver better yields or become more efficient on farm by either onboarding technology or partnering with companies that can deliver better yields,” Mr Hall told the podcast.
